Phase 1 ESA (Environmental Site Assessment)
An environmental site assessment is a report prepared for a client that identifies potential or existing environmental contamination concerns or liabilities of a subject property. This report differs from a commercial building assessment or inspection as this report focuses on the environment and implications surrounding the environmental impact the property may or may not have.
The Phase I ESA is generally considered the first step in the process of environmental due diligence. Standards for performing a Phase I site assessment have been established by the EPA and are based in part on ASTM in Standard E1527-13. Contact GPI regarding all your commercial inspection needs.
